What can I expect from the event?
This winter, step into the enchanting Fort Worth Botanic Garden as Christmas in the Garden, brought to life with the dazzling artistry of Sony Music. Wander through breathtaking light displays, indulge in festive flavors, and create moments that shine brighter than any gift beneath the tree.
Stroll beneath glowing archways, twinkling groves, and dazzling spectacles like the Winter Cathedral, Rainbow Path, Candy Cane Tunnel, and the magnificent Christmas Tree Show. Every corner reveals a new holiday treasure.
Along the way, enjoy delicious seasonal treats, capture photo-perfect moments with Santa, and celebrate traditions old and new in a magical setting made for joy.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.
What should I wear?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire, as this event is outdoors.
How long does the experience last?
This is a self paced event, people usually spend 60-90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; gluten free and vegan options are available.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. Parking passes are available for purchase in advance on the ticketing page and onsite on a first-come, first-serve basis. Purchase parking in advance for the best price! Note that parking purchased onsite will be subject to higher rates. Please note we do not accept cash for on-site parking, off site parking accepts both cash and card. Parking applies for all vehicles (including handicap/accessible stalls).
Will there be additional dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About Tickets
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
How do I access my tickets?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A rebooking fee may apply for any date/time changes. Can I make a group booking?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled time slot?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you are late, we will accommodate late arrivals in the next time slots based on availability. The last entry is at 8:15pm.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service animals are permitted in the Garden – please leave all other animals at home. Animals are not allowed to stay in unattended vehicles. This is not applicable during “Tails and Trails” nights.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The route is designed so that wheelchairs can be navigated on paved paths. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden has manual wheelchairs that can be loaned, free of charge, on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of use; no reservations are accepted. If you have particular access requirements, please call the Garden at (817)332-4441 for further inquiries.
Are there any items I should leave at home before coming in?
Anything which may disturb the other visitors like flash photography, drones or alcohol are not allowed on the experience. For the safety of all guests, weapons and drugs are also not allowed. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is a no-smoking and firearms-free campus. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are also not permitted.
Do you offer companion tickets for guests who need assistance through the trail?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
There will be some light installations with flashing lights; however, there is no strobe lighting.
Can I be seated during the experience?
While this is a walkthrough experience, seating areas are available along the route for those who may need to rest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available in several locations throughout the trail—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, please contact us at admissions@fwbg.org if you have lost any belongings.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is this event appropriate for young children?
Christmas in the Garden is a holiday event for all ages and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 2 years old will be allowed in for free.
